Money-back Guarantee and Refund Policy
All IEWatch Software LLC products are available for a free evaluation period. Customers
are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license.
Money back guarantee
Almost all product purchases are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you
are not completely satisfied with the product, you may request refund within
30 days of purchase.
Exceptions
Orders that include multiple products, multiple product copies or multi-user licenses
(e.g. 25 User License) are not included in our 30 day money back guarantee and are
not refundable. Such orders may or may not be refunded partially. Please
contact us for more information.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, please contact us via e-mail.
In your message, you should explain what the problem was and why you want to return
the product, include your order number, name and e-mail address. The order number
can be found in the purchase confirmation e-mail. You must destroy all copies of
the software. You may be asked to sign a letter of destruction and return it (by
fax or postal mail) before you receive your refund amount.
Once your refund request has been processed and approved we will send our consent
for processing the refund to our payment processing company. We will contact you
by email to confirm the refund process has been launched. Your refund will be credited
to the credit card charged during your original transaction within a few weeks.
Other Limitations
Payment processing fee of up to 15% of the order amount, any shipping fees (if applicable)
and the price of CD (if applicable) are not refundable.
IEWatch Software LLC reserves the rights to change the terms of this refund policy
and the money back guarantee at any time without a prior notice.
